Note from Nicholas Opalich, CEO

My work is a calling. How we work and what we work for form the basis of why we do what we do. From the first day I started working at the age of twelve, I always believed in following my dream. Following your dream is the same as following your calling, which includes all the heavy lifting.

Being a PBM CEO, I've been fortunate enough to be provided a major tool box to hone my craft while traveling along the road less traveled. The road less traveled includes failure, failure more often than once, success, hard work, perseverance, openness, honesty and integrity - especially in difficult times. In the words of Robert H. Schuller, "Tough times don't last, tough people do."

When the opportunity arose to become the Chief Executive Officer of EHO, there was no real question to ask, other than "when do I start?" I believe in EHO and the talented people in this organization. Together, we will do great things.


Nicholas Opalich
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Opalich joined EHO in early 2019. As CEO, he is responsible for the firm's growth, positioning, and strategic direction. Before joining the company, he has had an extensive career as a consultant in the Pharmacy Benefits Industry and broad experience within Specialty Pharmacy, Specialty Infusion Services, Hospice PBM/Pharmacy and Mail Order/Home Delivery pharmacy services, He has worked in leadership positions with some of the nation's largest Specialty Pharmacy Companies, Hospice Providers, Health Plans, and Health organizations. He was the Founder and Managing Partner of Strategica Health Partners, LLC., a Specialty Pharmacy Healthcare Consultancy and the Founder, President, & CEO of Continental Health Care, a Specialty Pharmacy and Home Infusion Provider.

Mr. Opalich received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from the David Myers University.

Dina McKenna
Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Privacy Officer

As a vital addition to the EHO executive team in 2019, Ms. McKenna is responsible for the company's legal, compliance and privacy areas providing a holistic perspective on the healthcare and pharmacy industries. Most recently, she was the owner of a solo practice consulting firm, serving healthcare, PBM, technology, and pharmacy clients. She has held c-level and senior executive positions for several Fortune 500 and Inc. 1000 companies, as well as start ups and 501(c)3 organizations.

She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American Health Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, American Society of Pharmacy Law, and the National Cannabis Bar Association. She also is a qualified expert witness in the PBM and pharmacy sector.

Ms. McKenna has a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from Mercyhurst University and a juris doctor from Florida A&M University.


Tom Lanham
Partner, Director of Operations

Mr. Lanham is the founding partner of SPCGT, now EHO. His primary responsibility is platform development and support of the EHO's proprietary PBM360 claims processing system. Prior to starting EHO, he was the owner of Tom Lanham Software which provided retail pharmacy management software to more than 120 independent pharmacies in 24 states. Previously, he has held management positions in computer sales and data processing.

Mr. Lanham holds Bachelors and Masters of Business Administrations degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.

Larry Luedke, RPh
Partner, Chief Pharmacist

Before joining the company full time, Mr. Luedke invested in EHO and became a partner while consulting as its Director of Pharmacy. In 2008, he officially joined EHO as Director of Pharmacy. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of pharmacy and health-care related positions including Director of Pharmacy and Hospital Administrator for Rosebud Medical Services Hospital. With an entrepreneurial spirit, he has operated his own pharmacy as well as consulted with area nursing homes and hospitals.

Mr. Luedke is a graduate of the College of Pharmacy at the University of Texas at Austin.


Bryan Springston
Partner, Director of Marketing

Mr. Springston joined EHO as a partner in August 2006. In his current role, he is responsible for marketing, securing rebate contracts, and negotiating contracts with the major chain pharmacies. Prior to joining EHO, he spent 27 years in the wholesale drug industry holding positions with Behrens Drug, Cardinal Health, and Morris Dickson, LTD.

Mr. Springston earned a Bachelors in Finance from Texas Tech University.

Bob Curb
Senior Vice President, Account Management

Mr. Curb joined EHO as an account manager in 2002. Advancing as the company grew, he now oversees product and account management operations, client implementations, and process development. Before joining EHO, he was a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Tankerman for Canal Barge Company, Inc., responsible for safe transfer of hazardous chemicals between barges and onshore storage. Additionally, he has several years' experience in highly-regulated industries where he was focused on customer service and employing technology to enhance operations.

Mr. Curb has a Bachelors in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University.
